The Next Conversation is a hub of political ideas about the current and future politics of the United Kingdom. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the next generation of politically excited individuals to present their ideas about the direction of the United Kingdom, trying to address both large and broad questions, such as constitutional questions on our union, to niche questions, specialized on specific policy questions. We also provide an opportunity for our writers to comment on current debate and political figures.

Our hub is open to a diverse range of political opinions and approaches and is united in the view that the way in which we approach politics has to be about the long term and there is a need for us all to be better at listening to those we disagree with. Our articles are opinionated, but they’re also grounded in trying to have an impact on changing our approach to politics, and our writers are open to others points of view.
